Business Development Manager

This role will drive business growth and expand corporate partnerships for our wellness services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting corporate wellness programs. 1. Identify and develop new business opportunities. 2. Build and maintain partnerships with corporate clients and wellness partners. 3. Promote corporate wellness programs and services. 4. Manage and strengthen client relationships. Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts. 5. Support the growth and expansion of corporate wellness partnerships. 6. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure effective program delivery. 7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. 8. Prepare business development reports and partnership updates. 1. Corporate wellness business development, healthcare and wellness industry knowledge, and B2B partnership management. 2. Client relationship and account management, corporate wellness program promotion, and market expansion. 3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and support strategic business growth initiatives.
