Ltd. 💰 Competitive remuneration (commensurate with experience) Heartland Rehab is seeking an experienced Principal / Senior Physiotherapist to join our growing multidisciplinary rehabilitation group. This role is suited for a clinician who demonstrates strong clinical leadership, sound clinical reasoning, and a commitment to developing people, systems, and standards of care. Role Overview You will manage a complex caseload while playing a key role in mentoring junior clinicians, shaping clinical standards, and contributing to service development across the group. The position offers a balance of hands-on clinical work, leadership, and professional growth. Key Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and manage a broad range of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions tailored to individual patient needs Manage complex or high-value cases and provide clinical oversight when required Mentor and support junior physiotherapists through supervision, case discussions, and in-service training Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and best practices Collaborate closely with doctors and allied health professionals to optimise patient outcomes Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation in line with clinic standards Requirements Degree or equivalent qualification in Physiotherapy Minimum 5–7 years of relevant clinical experience Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Prior experience in mentoring, supervision, or leadership roles is highly advantageous Why Join Heartland Rehab Established and reputable physiotherapy group with multiple locations Strong emphasis on clinical excellence, mentorship, and professional development Supportive, team-based culture with clear clinical progression pathways Competitive remuneration and opportunities to take on senior or leadership responsibilities Salary: Comfortable base pay + tiered commission incentive Benefits: Work with a dynamic and experienced team Access to a fully furnished gym based setting for rehabilitation Rare few clinics to invest in the latest physiotherapy technology (full set of KINVENT dynamometers, Blood flow restriction therapy, Shockwave therapy, Dry needling,...)
