We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Executives to join our Marina Bay Sands flagship store. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming premium retail experience Introduce and educate customers on health and wellness products Recommend suitable products based on customer's needs and lifestyle goals Support daily store operations, including cashiering, POS transactions, and opening/closing procedures Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and product displays Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment and stock management Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty Support store promotions, events, and customer engagement activities when required Achieve individual and store sales targets Requirements Prior retail sales experience is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds Proficiency in Mandarin and/or other languages will be an added advantage Interest or knowledge in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), wellness products, health supplements, or Cordyceps will be an advantage Positive, proactive, and sales-driven attitude Comfortable working retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays What We Offer Competitive monthly salary Attractive sales incentives and performance bonuses Medical and Annual leave benefits in accordance with company policy Career progression opportunities within a growing international wellness brand Opportunity to work in a prestigious retail environment at Marina Bay Sands Comprehensive product and sales training Friendly, supportive, and collaborative working environment Exposure to premium health and wellness products
