Operations Executive – Freight Forwarding (Air & Sea Freight)

Freight Forwarding Operations Executive (Air & Sea Freight) We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage end-to-end import and export shipments. Key Responsibilities Coordinate air and sea import/export shipments. Arrange bookings with airlines, shipping lines, truckers, and overseas agents. Prepare and verify shipping documents (HAWB/MAWB, HBL/MBL, invoices, customs documents). Monitor shipments and provide timely updates to customers. Ensure accurate job costing, billing, and timely job closing. Liaise with customers, carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with company SOPs and customs regulations. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of freight forwarding operations experience. Knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation. Good communication skills in English. Mandarin/Chinese is an advantage for liaising with Chinese-speaking customers and overseas agents. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with QTM, CargoWise, or similar freight forwarding systems is an advantage. Strong attention to detail, good coordination skills, and ability to work under pressure.
