About the Role You will play a meaningful role in shaping children's cognitive, intellectual, and emotional growth through highly engaging enrichment classes. Day to day, you will: Conduct structured, fun, and energetic brain development enrichment classes for small groups of children aged 1 to 6 Deliver Heguru's proprietary right and whole brain development programmes with excellence Support children's cognitive, intellectual, social, and emotional development Build strong, professional relationships with parents through regular communication Participate in designing and developing new lesson activities as part of ongoing curriculum innovation Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Polytechnic Diploma (any discipline) Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive attitude, initiative, and reliability A genuine passion for early childhood development Availability to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) No prior teaching experience required — comprehensive training and mentorship provided.
