PMO Analyst

Key Responsibilities Support project governance by ensuring compliance with organizational standards, policies, and frameworks. Consolidate project plans, track milestones, and prepare portfolio‑level reports for management. Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure efficiency. Maintain risk and issue logs, escalating concerns to senior management when necessary. Develop and maintain PMO templates, tools, and documentation for consistent project delivery. Provide administrative and operational support to project managers, freeing them to focus on delivery. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across projects. Assist in lessons‑learned sessions and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related discipline. 3–4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or project management support. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMI preferred). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence). Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
