Recruitment Consultant

Key Responsibilities Understand client hiring requirements and job specifications. Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking, and internal databases. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews. Assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for assigned positions. Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates. Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients. Negotiate salary expectations and facilitate offer discussions. Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ensure timely submission of quality candidate profiles. Stay updated on market trends, hiring practices, and industry developments. Achieve individual recruitment targets and performance KPIs. Requirements Minimum 1 year of recruitment or talent acquisition experience. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities. Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
