Job Info Title: Business Manager Salary: SGD 8,000 – 10,000 monthly Employment: Full-time permanent, WFH / Hybrid Job Summary Oversee overall business strategy, daily operations, cross-team coordination and internal manpower management for our overseas app business. Key Responsibilities Develop global business plans, track revenue KPIs and control operation budgets Lead full-cycle team management, staff performance review and foreign work pass compliance Negotiate with overseas vendors & content partners, maintain long-term cooperation Build internal management policies and ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws Analyse operation data and submit regular business reports to directors Requirements Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Business Administration 3–5 years managerial experience as HR Manager or business operation manager Experienced in team leadership, manpower administration and budget planning Fluent English, strong negotiation & cross-department coordination skills Prior internet/digital product industry experience preferred Benefits Performance bonus, full medical insurance, annual leave, team building and career growth opportunities.
