Evaluation of Bids: The QS carefully analyzes contractors’ bids, comparing prices, technical capacity, and compliance with requirements. Advising the Client: Based on bid evaluations, the QS recommends the most cost-effective and capable contractor. Procurement Strategy: The QS also advises clients whether to adopt traditional contracts, design-and-build contracts, or PPP models depending on the project.
