Network Security Engineer

Responsibilities Design, implement, operate, and maintain enterprise and security network infrastructure supporting electronic security systems and customer environments. Manage and administer network and security infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection systems, access control networks, and monitoring platforms. Support deployment and maintenance of electronic security systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and Integrated Security Management Systems. Monitor security events, system logs, and alerts using monitoring tools to detect, analyze, and respond to incidents. Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution for network and security system issues. Ensure secure network configurations, system hardening, and compliance with cybersecurity best practices across customer installations. Conduct vulnerability assessments, coordinate remediation activities, and support system security improvements. Manage firewall policies, rule reviews, network segmentation, and secure remote access configurations. Support system integration, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of security and network solutions. Collaborate with project, engineering, and technical teams to ensure secure and reliable solution deployment. Maintain documentation including network diagrams, system configurations, SOPs, maintenance reports, and incident records. Support preventive maintenance, firmware upgrades, system updates, and service improvement activities. Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for technical support, equipment replacement, and solution deployment. Ensure compliance with internal security policies, customer requirements, and industry standards. Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams when required.
