Project Manager (Construction)

Key Responsibilities Oversee assigned projects to ensure completion on schedule and within budget. Develop and monitor project schedules, including critical path planning. Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and clients to resolve technical and site issues. Supervise construction works and ensure quality standards are met. Track project progress and prepare reports for management and stakeholders. Attend and present updates during project meetings. Organize and chair site coordination meetings with subcontractors, nominated subcontractors (NSCs), and suppliers. Perform other project-related duties assigned by management. Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering. At least 6 years of experience in civil, structural, and architectural works. Experience managing landed house projects is preferred. Ability to provide a summary list of projects previously managed. Proficiency in: Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Microsoft PowerPoint Knowledge of: (Advantageous) AutoCAD Microsoft Project
