Site Supervisor

Lead and supervise a team of workers at the assigned site. Ensure workers adhere to safety standards and perform responsibly on site. Request materials in advance when stock levels are running low. Update and amend site drawings in accordance with actual site progress. Attend weekly site meetings and address issues raised during discussions. Record daily site attendance and sign off job cards at the end of each day. Conduct on-site training for new workers when necessary. Allocate tasks to workers based on job scope and skill requirements. Provide daily updates and reports to the Project Manager. Prepare and submit monthly progress claims. Ensure valid work permits or approvals are in place before commencing daily operations.
