We're looking for a Spare Parts & Sales Admin Assistant to join our team and be the vital link between our customers and our parts inventory! ✨ What You'll Do: Handle spare parts enquiries and help customers source the right parts, fast Prepare quotations, DOs, invoices & CIPL for parts and sales orders Follow up on customer enquiries and outstanding quotations to close the loop Provide day-to-day administrative support to keep sales and operations running smoothly Assist with general ad-hoc tasks — every day brings something new! 💼 What We're Looking For: O-Level or equivalent Bilingual in English, Mandarin & Malay (we work with an international clientele) Detail-oriented — precision matters when handling marine parts & documentation Mature, independent, and a proactive team player Comfortable with MS Word, Excel & Outlook Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment No experience necessary — full training provided on our systems & parts catalogue!
