Resident Technical Officer (Rto)

Location: Changi Job Responsibilities Supervise site works and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Carry out site inspections and monitor work quality. Coordinate with consultants, contractors and relevant parties on site matters. Identify and report non-compliance and follow up on rectification works. Maintain site records and inspection reports. Attend site meetings as required. Perform other duties assigned by the Qualified Person (QP). Job Requirements Registered Resident Technical Officer (RTO) in Singapore. Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent. Relevant experience in construction site supervision. Good knowledge of construction practices and safety requirements. Able to work independently with good communication skills.
