Management Executive

📋 Responsibilities 1. Order Processing & Coordination Handle and process orders for all assigned vessels. Perform purchasing activities, prepare and key in Delivery Orders (DO) and invoices. Monitor and track delivery status to ensure timely supply. 2. Communication & Liaison Liaise with clients, ship crew, agents, and suppliers via email and phone to coordinate requirements and resolve issues. Ensure all necessary details are obtained and communicated accurately. 3. Correspondence & Call Handling Manage incoming phone calls and respond to emails promptly. Maintain proper communication records and follow up when required. 4. Quotation Preparation Prepare and submit quotations to customers based on requirements. Ensure pricing and details are accurate and aligned with company standards. ✅ Requirements Diploma or above in any discipline Prior admin, customer service, or coordination experience preferred Good communication skills (email and phone) Responsible and able to work in a fast-paced environment Working details: Salary: $2,800 - $3,150+ Total 5.5 days / week Mon-Fri 8:30 am – 6:00 pm Saturday 8:30 am – 1:00 pm ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Hey Rocket Pte Ltd (EA 21C0816) Ong Mao Hong (R25157179)
