Production Specialist

Job Summary The Production Operations team member is responsible for carrying out daily production activities, including product finishing, assembly, quality inspection, packing, and ensuring production schedules are met. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and flexibility to work overtime when operational needs arise. Responsibilities Perform product finishing tasks such as trimming, laminating, mounting, cutting, packing, and assembly to complete production orders Operate production equipment and tools following established procedures to ensure safe and efficient workflow Inspect finished products to verify they meet quality standards before delivery or installation Prepare, pack, and label finished products accurately for dispatch to customers or sites Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area to support a safe and efficient work environment Conduct routine equipment checks and report faults or maintenance needs promptly to minimize downtime Follow workplace safety policies and standard operating procedures consistently to ensure personal and team safety Assist with stock handling, material preparation, and inventory control to support production continuity Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and operational goals Be available to work overtime, including weekends or public holidays, to meet project schedules as required Preferred competencies and qualifications Prior experience in printing, signage, advertising production, or manufacturing is an advantage Physically fit to handle manual tasks and prolonged standing during shifts Willingness to learn and operate various production machinery Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude with responsibility and reliability
