Storekeeper

Roles & Responsibilities Plan, organize, execute and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory. Ensuring that site operations run smoothly by maintaining accurate inventory, coordinating deliveries and supporting procurement processes. Perform quality and quantity check of materials prior to delivery/use and upon acceptance at warehouse. Comply to safety regulations and security measures for warehouse operations Monitor the delivery and receiving schedules of goods in the warehouse. Maintaining and keeping tracks of receipts, records and withdrawals of the stockroom Monitor daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, logistics and procurement Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed Oversee logistics utilized to transport materials, communicating with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of the items Receiving, unloading and shelving supplies Liaises and work collaboratively with project managers on the procurement of tools and equipment Coordinate with other departments as required to ensure smooth flow of materials movement and operations Inspecting the project site and ensuring that all tools and or equipment are complete and in good shape Performs other job-related functions as and when required by management Handle basic administrative work such as documentation and filling Answering inquiries on procedures and resolving issues that may arise on receipts, deliveries, repairs and surplus supply. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Atleast 3 years of relevant experience Strong Multiskilling skills Good Time management Skills Strong knowledge in logistics and warehouse operations Proficient in PC applications such as MS Word, MS Excel (calculations,vloop), MS Outlook Able to work overtime and weekends
