Operations Assistant (Marine)

Key Responsibilities: Read, respond to, record, and follow up on job orders received via email, phone calls, and messaging platforms. Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries. Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner. Handle customer feedback and complaints effectively. Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Department. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates on operational activities. Requirements: Preferably with experience in the marine or maritime industry. Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in a similar role. Minimum GCE "O" Level, Maritime Studies, or equivalent qualification. Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications. Responsible, committed, and able to work well independently as well as in a team. Willing to work on a 1 Day On / 1 Day Off shift schedule.
