We are looking for a motivated, responsible and technically skilled individual to join us as a Mobile Phone and Laptop Repair Technician . Applicants with repair experience are preferred, although training may be provided to a suitable candidate with a strong interest in electronics repair. Position Available Mobile & Laptop Repair Technician / Retail Sales Assistant Full-time and part-time positions are available. Your Responsibilities ✅ Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, MacBooks and Windows laptops ✅ Perform screen, battery, charging port and component replacements ✅ Troubleshoot hardware, software and motherboard-related problems ✅ Assist customers with repair enquiries, accessories and suitable solutions ✅ Explain repair findings and recommendations clearly to customers ✅ Test repaired devices to ensure proper functionality ✅ Maintain a clean, organised and professional repair workstation ✅ Deliver excellent customer service throughout the repair process What We Are Looking For ✔ Experience repairing mobile phones or laptops is preferred ✔ Knowledge of Apple, Samsung, OPPO, Xiaomi, Honor and other major brands is an advantage ✔ Basic soldering or motherboard repair knowledge will be beneficial ✔ Honest, responsible, punctual and willing to learn ✔ Able to work independently and as part of a team ✔ Good communication and customer service skills ✔ Careful and detail-oriented when handling customers’ devices Work With an Apple Independent Repair Provider Hitec Mobile is a Certified Apple Independent Repair Provider .
