Job Summary You will support customers’ dining experiences by serving food and drinks, taking orders, handling cashier duties, and maintaining cleanliness in a fast-paced cafe environment. Responsibilities Facilitate a smooth and welcoming dining experience for customers by promptly serving food and drinks Accurately take customer orders and perform cashiering duties to ensure efficient transactions Maintain workplace cleanliness and hygiene by performing housekeeping tasks regularly Prepare the cafe for opening and clear down for closing to ensure operational readiness Communicate effectively in English and simple Mandarin to assist customers and team members Work proactively and collaboratively as an individual and team player to meet service standards Adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-oriented approach and positive service attitude Other Information Work schedule includes weekdays 5:15pm - 9:45pm, weekends 9:30am - 3:30pm / 4pm - 9:45pm Closed on Mondays with flexible weekly shift scheduling Must commit to at least one weekend shift per week Compensation: $10/hour plus one meal provided per shift Additional $50 incentive for clocking 50 hours per month Performance bonuses awarded quarterly based on performance Suitable for students and homemakers seeking flexible side income Priority given to candidates who are looking for long term commitment especially on weekends.
