Job Summary Identify and engage potential B2B clients in the F&B industry to drive business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities Lead prospecting efforts to identify and qualify potential B2B clients within the F&B industry to expand the customer base Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads and coordinating marketing projects to maximize conversion rates Develop and execute tailored sales strategies and proposals that address the specific needs and objectives of clients Design and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, website, in-store promotions, and events to enhance brand visibility and engagement Analyze business performance and propose strategic projects, programs, and special events to improve market positioning and revenue growth Monitor, evaluate, and report on sales activities and marketing initiatives to inform decision-making and optimize outcomes Collaborate with external partners such as creative agencies, contractors, and freelancers to ensure high-quality project execution Coordinate cross-functionally with customer service and operations teams to guarantee seamless customer experiences and successful project implementation Build and sustain long-term client relationships by providing exceptional service and support to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty Required competencies and certifications Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related discipline Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or marketing roles Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms to effectively reach target audiences Skilled in developing and presenting client proposals to secure business opportunities Excellent communication skills to establish rapport and maintain client relationships Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives efficiently Willingness to travel for client meetings and events to support business development activities
