Managing Consultant – Quantum Analyst HKA has an exciting opportunity for you to join our global team of expert and claims management services and play a key part in the continued growth of HKA’s consulting services in Asia. You will also have the ability to pursue the route to become an acclaimed expert yourself. • International market exposure with the ability to work on major projects worldwide • Strong commitment to learning and development, including a tuition reimbursement scheme The Opportunity You will be responsible for providing high quality support services in construction claims, litigation support, commercial or contractual advisory services to HKA and its clients. You will be part of our quantum assessment and contract management team. You will be accountable for the delivery of a commission ensuring commercial and quality outcomes, whilst strengthening client relationships. You will actively contribute to business development initiatives and will contribute as required to bid and proposal development. You will also be expected to act as a Brand Ambassador when interacting with clients, attending professional networking events and using social media and publishing articles. Skills and Experience Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience: • Minimum 7 years’ construction industry experience in cost, quantum and claims assessment matters. • Must possess extensive experience on claims, claims management and cost analysis. • 3+ years’ experience using quantum analysis principles and possessing sound fundamentals in prolongation, disruption and general costs claims as part of claims submission process. • Whilst being a team player, you must also demonstrate an ability to lead delivery initiatives and manage clients’ in the course of undertaking commissions. • Bachelors’ degree in quantity surveying, construction management or related fields.
