Technician/Engineering Assistant (Mechanical Technology/Semiconductor, East Region)

Responsibilities: Monitor mechanical process performance and identify process deviations. Evaluate tool capability and assign suitable tools based on product requirements. Tune and optimize equipment to maintain mechanical process capability. Perform post-process disposition, including geometry (Geo) and HOSPC evaluations. Initiate containment and corrective actions for process abnormalities. Support operations with setup verification and process compliance. Ensure stable high-volume production while meeting customer specifications. Assist process engineers with production data collection and testing. Provide production support and decision-making during critical manufacturing operations. Requirements: Candidate must possess a Diploma in Engineering or Science.
