Process Engineer (Manufacturing, East Region)

Responsibilities: Manage wafer manufacturing processes to achieve quality, yield, and production targets. Work closely with global technology teams on process alignment and qualification of new processes, suppliers, and consumables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process capability improvement and yield enhancement initiatives. Lead troubleshooting efforts for process issues and yield losses. Drive continuous improvement and implement permanent solutions for recurring process and quality issues. Establish and maintain best practices and innovative solutions for process improvement. Conduct statistical data analysis to support process optimization and decision-making. Apply structured problem-solving and risk analysis tools (8D, Fishbone, DOE, FMEA). Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent. Knowledge of semiconductor quality systems, data analysis, DOE, and SPC.
