Shipping Executive/Supervisor (Manufacturing / East Region)

Responsibilities: Lead and oversee shipping operations to ensure on-time, high-quality deliveries. Set priorities and optimize resources to meet customer and business requirements. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and safety standards. Drive continuous improvement of shipping processes, systems, and KPIs. Partner with internal stakeholders and freight forwarders to resolve issues and enhance service levels. Develop, coach, and manage team performance in line with corporate objectives. Oversee reporting, delivery planning, and support critical operations as required. Requirements: Diploma in Engineering, Logistics, or related field. 3+ years of relevant operational leadership experience. Strong leadership, communication, and process management skills. Experienced in systems, documentation, and material tracking.
