Senior/ Assistant Manager Sales & Operations (Building Materials, North Region)

Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets. Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns and sales initiatives. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Analyze sales performance and implement improvement strategies. Prepare sales reports, budgets, and forecasts. Support and optimize daily business unit operations. Manage project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking. Coordinate logistics, shipment scheduling, and trading activities. Handle import/export documentation and ensure regulatory compliance. Monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment with procurement. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct safety inspections. Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Supervise, mentor, and support the operations team. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Experience in construction and/or quarry operations preferred. Able to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
