About this role
Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and execute projects to meet deadlines, budget, and client expectations. Monitor progress, identify key tasks, and ensure smooth site operations. Coordinate internal teams and external vendors, including consultants and subcontractors, for seamless project execution. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Verify that work aligns with approved plans, specifications, and regulations. Manage resource availability and allocation. Develop and track detailed project plans. Handle changes in project scope, schedule, and costs with appropriate verification. Conduct risk management to reduce project risks. Measure performance using relevant tools and techniques. Maintain thorough project documentation. Oversee construction site matters, including safety and compliance. Report and escalate issues to management as necessary. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and PEB-recognized. Around 10 years of project management experience in residential, government, and commercial buildings.
