Manufacturing Engineer (Production, 12-Hrs Shift, East Region)

Responsibilities: Lead line leaders and operators to achieve daily production targets, quality, productivity, and yield. Conduct daily pass-down meetings and escalate any line issues. Manage manpower, overtime, and consumables planning. Ensure adherence to manufacturing and safety procedures. Train and coach leaders and operators to enhance performance. Implement improvements to minimize human errors. Maintain discipline and good housekeeping in the production line. Collaborate with departments on projects, evaluations, and preventive maintenance in the fab. Requirements: Diploma and above in Engineering or equivalents. Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related industry. Experience in high-tech, high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills.
