Enrolled Nurse

The successful candidate will be performing the following duties, but not limited to: Provide direct patient care and chaperone doctor, which include supporting in-room procedures. Front counter responsibilities include patient registration, appointment scheduling, phone call inquiries, crowd control, etc. Booking of appointments in the system such as follow-ups and corporate health screening. Able to provide financial counseling. Follow up with doctors or clinic staff on completing the information required. Alert and rectify duplicate patients’ records in the system. Assist in dispensing medication when required. Assist in training and guiding new and junior staff. Handle billing and collection of payments (cash, NETS, credit cards, cheques) with integrity and accuracy. Perform daily closing of collections and alert superiors on discrepancies if any. Handle any other administrative duties when required. Requirements Has 1-2 years of experience in the healthcare industry (Experience working in a GP clinic is a bonus). Experience in clinical duties such as taking blood samples, reading vital signs, etc. will be advantageous. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Tech-savvy. Good interpersonal skills, a good team player, and good time management skills. Willing to learn and the ability to adapt are key attributes for this role.
