Dispatch Rider

Responsibilities Collect and deliver documents, parcels, and company materials punctually to designated locations. Handle all items carefully during transportation to prevent damage or loss. Deliver supplies and other items as requested by management with accuracy. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all deliveries and collections for tracking purposes. Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies to ensure safe delivery operations. Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor. Required competencies and certifications Valid Class 2/2A/2B driving license to operate motorcycles legally. Operational motorcycle available for use during deliveries. Ability to understand and communicate in simple English for effective coordination. Clean riding record to ensure safe and responsible driving. Physically fit, pleasant, polite, and customer-service oriented attitude to maintain positive interactions. Hardworking and responsible team player to contribute effectively to the team environment.
