Project Manager (Construction)

Project Manager Responsibilities: Plan, Coordinate and manage construction projects from start to completion. Oversee project schedules, budgets and resources allocation. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor site progress and ensure works are carried out according to project specifications and quality standards. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies. Identify potential risks or delays and implement effective mitigation strategies. Prepare and present project progress reports to management. Report to Management as needed; Any other duties that may be assigned. Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related filed. Min 5-8 years relevant working experience in construction project management Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations and safety standards. Excellent leadership, communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet project deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
