Lorry Driver Hook-Lift

As a Hook-Lift Truck Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient collection and delivery of open-top containers. This role is critical to our operations, ensuring that our clients' waste management needs are met promptly and professionally. You will operate a hook-lift truck to transport containers to and from various locations, including construction sites, commercial businesses, and residential areas. Key Responsibilities: Operate a hook-lift truck to collect and deliver open-top containers to and from designated locations. Ensure the safe and secure loading and unloading of containers. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Maintain accurate records of collections, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients to ensure timely and efficient service. Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations. Perform minor vehicle maintenance and report any major issues to the maintenance department. Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
