Site Engineer

Site Engineer job description: · Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements · Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams on technical matters, submissions, and site progress · Review shop drawings, method statements, material submissions, and ensure proper implementation on site · Identify site issues, coordinate rectification works, and support timely resolution to minimise project delays · Attend project and technical meetings, follow up on action items, and support smooth project execution · Conduct site inspections to monitor workmanship, quality standards, and compliance with authority requirements · Assist in project planning, coordination, documentation, and preparation for inspections including CONQUAS, RI, and TOP · Maintain proper site records and ensure documentation is updated for quality audits and project requirements · Work closely with the safety team to ensure site activities comply with WSH standards Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering 1 – 4 years of working experience in construction projects Experience with main contractor environment preferred Familiar with construction drawings, technical coordination, site supervision, and authority requirements Good communication skills with ability to coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams Fresh graduate is acceptable
