Part-Time Personal Assistant

URGENT Part-Time Personal Assistant - Flexible hours - Commitment of 3 days a week – $12/hr (Office) - $10/hr (WFH) Responsibilities: • Maintain and provide secretarial support for the Consultants’ daily schedule, including forward planning of their workload and diary management • Assist in HR related matters • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned • You will also be assisting with projects Requirements: • Minimum Local Diploma • Undergrads are welcomed • Age 21 and above • No experience needed (Training will be provided) • Able to work in fast-paced environment • Comfortable with multi-tasking • Be a team player • Possess good communication skills • Maintains confidentiality and possess sense of urgency • Highly organised, detail-oriented and responsible • Proficient in MS Office Opportunities of career progression to explore other roles.
