Our shared mission is to amplify, augment and accelerate the Home Team’s advantage and secure Singapore as the safest place on planet earth. • Responsible for establishing and maintaining governance frameworks, compliance standards, and best practices for software development and product management. • Leverage existing frameworks or collaborate with relevant teams to develop new ones that align with organization policies and regulatory requirements. • Adopt a holistic approach to stakeholder engagement, working with internal governance bodies, risk and compliance teams, and regulatory authorities to ensure adherence to security, regulatory and operational requirements. • Refine internal processes to enhance efficiency, manage risks, and ensure seamless coordination between Product Management, Engineering and external stakeholders. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in governance, risk management, compliance, or IT security • Strong knowledge and experience with IT governance framework, risk and compliance, regulatory requirements • Proven ability to independently ensure governance standards are met, with expertise in compliance reporting • Detail-oriented with a process-driven approach, demonstrating strong collaboration skills and a high level of risk awareness All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
