Sales & Business Development (Children, Kids And Maternity)

Promote and sell the company’s baby, kids, and maternity products across multiple channels , including: SG Local Supermarkets, shopping malls, hospitals, clinics, schools, and retail chains SG Corporate clients and gift buyers SG B2B resellers and distributors Government and Gbiz platforms Identify and develop new sales opportunities and partnerships to expand market presence. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with current promotions, campaigns, and new product launches. Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and product demos. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Manage and track leads, opportunities, and deals using CRM tools. Assist in planning and executing trade shows, baby fairs, and promotional events. Gather customer feedback to support product development and service improvements. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, retail, or baby/maternity sectors. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple sales channels effectively. Goal-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
