📌 Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates for domestic helper / manpower placements Conduct interviews via WhatsApp, video call or in-person Match suitable candidates to client requirements Follow up with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process Coordinate with overseas suppliers (Indonesia, Myanmar, etc.) Prepare and manage documentation (MOM applications, contracts, etc.) Maintain proper records of candidates and job orders Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, email and social platforms Support business development activities (posting ads, outreach, etc.) 📌 Requirements: EA Personnel licence preferred (or willing to obtain) Prior recruitment / sales experience is an advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and results-driven Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media and online platforms Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
