Job Summary Support tender preparation and pricing for interior design and M&E building projects by managing quotations, evaluating supplier compliance, and performing quantity measurements to ensure accurate and competitive submissions. Responsibilities Prepare detailed tender submissions for interior design projects to meet client and project requirements Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with tender drawings and specifications Price tenders for interior design projects by analyzing costs and market rates to deliver competitive bids Develop accurate cost estimates for M&E building-related works to support tender submissions Perform precise quantity measurements to verify material and resource requirements for project costing Coordinate tender documentation preparation to ensure completeness and adherence to project timelines
