Regional Sale Manager

We are seeking a driven and experienced **Regional Sales Manager** to lead our manufacturing (injection molding and secondary process) sales operations across ASEAN/ Asia Pacific region. This role will focus on expanding our client base among OEMs, distributors, and technology integrators, while ensuring alignment with production capabilities and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge plastic molding and systems, combined with proven leadership and business development skills. Pleasant personalities and good negotiation skills are 2 traits that must be present in the chosen candidate. Key Responsibilities - Manage existing clients -Develop and execute regional sales (especially Greater China) strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. -Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives -Build and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs, distributors, and technology partners. -Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to align customer requirements with manufacturing capabilities. -Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the molding sector.
