Operations Assistant

Job Scope Coordinate daily lorry crane and trailer transport schedules and job assignments. Liaise with customers, drivers, crane operators, and site personnel. Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of deliveries. Handle customer enquiries and provide operational support. Perform general administrative duties and assist the operations team as required. Job Requirements Good communication and organizational skills. Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word). Able to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in transport, logistics, or construction operations is an advantage, but training will be provided for suitable candidates. Can start work immediately. 5.5 Day Work Week. Due to operational requirements, candidates may be required to work beyond normal working hours when necessary. Must be willing to be on standby to support urgent operational needs.
