Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Operation Executive to oversee warehouse operations, transportation, and delivery activities while ensuring efficient and cost-effective logistics management. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing inventory flow, maintaining high service levels, managing logistics costs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Assist in managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch. Ensure efficient warehouse space utilization and maintain accurate inventory records. Monitor stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits. Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards, housekeeping, and operational procedures. Supervise warehouse personnel and coordinate work schedules to achieve operational targets. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse productivity and operational efficiency. Logistics, Delivery & Transportation Management Coordinate daily logistics operations, including delivery scheduling and route planning. Arrange and monitor drivers' schedules, attendance, and daily assignments. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers and internal departments. Maintain accurate inventory, delivery, and transportation records. Liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers, suppliers, and warehouse personnel. Prepare delivery and shipping documentation and monitor shipment status. Forecast and monitor logistics and transportation costs to support budgeting and cost optimization. Coordinate order planning to meet suppliers' Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements while maintaining optimal inventory levels. Work closely with the Procurement, Warehouse, and Sales teams to forecast demand and plan shipments efficiently. Resolve logistics, delivery, inventory, and transportation issues promptly and effectively. Monitor delivery performance and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce logistics costs. Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety standards, and transportation regulations. Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics coordination, warehouse operations, transportation, or delivery management. Knowledge of cargo handling, freight operations, customs clearance procedures, and shipping documentation. Experience in logistics cost forecasting, budgeting, and transportation cost analysis. Understanding of inventory planning, demand forecasting, and supplier Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) management. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel , and ERP/WMS systems. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and coordination skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented mindset. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with Singapore road networks and local delivery operations is an advantage.
