Finance Executive

Job Summary We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage daily finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely payments, and compliance while collaborating with management and departments. Responsibilities Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and payment requests to ensure timely and accurate payments Prepare payment schedules and execute bank transfers to maintain cash flow efficiency Issue customer invoices, debit notes, and credit notes to support revenue tracking Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments to optimize collections Perform bank reconciliations to verify and maintain accurate financial records Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing to support reporting accuracy Prepare GST reports and support statutory compliance to meet regulatory requirements Maintain proper filing of accounting and finance documents for audit readiness Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, suppliers, and customers to facilitate financial processes Assist in budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting to support management decisions Support payroll and CPF submissions as required to ensure compliance with statutory obligations Perform general administrative and finance-related duties assigned by Management to support operations Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in the construction or engineering industry to enhance sector-specific financial management Familiarity with Singapore GST and local accounting practices to ensure compliance and accuracy Knowledge of payroll processing and CPF submissions to support HR and statutory functions Other Information Competitive salary with performance incentives Career growth and development opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment Training and professional development opportunities
