Project Coordinator

Job Scope & Responsibilities: You are responsible to coordinate each development or improvement project within set budget, timeline, and quality. You must identify, verify, agree to, and communicate project goal, requirements and desired outcome with key details when attending to customers’ needs; working closely with the Team Lead, the Tech Production Team and Operations Team. You must develop clear understanding of the tech stack & capabilities and the business operations and logics as you schedule & manage the project timeline which includes product & workflow breakdown and Gantt chart showing the levels of specific tasks and activities. You are responsible for communicating effectively among the internal and external stakeholders, with an astute judgement in managing, monitoring, and delivering the agreed scope, budget, timelines, and quality to meet customers’ satisfaction.
