Understand client business challenges and recommend suitable IT solutions. Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and solution workshops. Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts. π» IT Solution Sales Promote IT Services, Software Development, Cloud Solutions, Managed Services, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure Solutions, AI, Data Analytics, ERP, CRM, and Digital Transformation services. Work closely with technical teams to prepare customized solutions and proposals. Prepare RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations. π Sales Strategy & Market Development Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer requirements. Develop strategic business plans to expand market presence. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and networking events. π Proposal & Contract Management Prepare commercial proposals and pricing strategies. Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams during proposal preparation. Support contract negotiations and project handover. π Reporting & Forecasting Maintain CRM with accurate sales pipeline and customer information. Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates. Monitor sales KPIs and revenue performance. β
Required Qualifications π Education Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. πΌ Experience Minimum 8 years of Business Development or IT Sales experience. Proven experience selling IT Services or Software Solutions. Strong enterprise B2B sales experience.
