Wtp Construction Manager (Vietnam Project)

Job Summary To lead the site execution of Waste Treatment Plant in Hanoi, Vietnam. Responsible in planning, executing, supervising, and completing all on-site construction activities for EPC infrastructure projects in Vietnam, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, budget control, and compliance with contract, quality, and local regulations. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate all on-site construction activities for EPC infrastructure projects to meet project timelines and budgets Execute construction tasks while ensuring compliance with contract specifications and quality standards Supervise project teams and subcontractors to maintain safety and work quality on-site Complete projects in accordance with Vietnamese local regulations and industry standards Serve as the primary liaison between Singapore Head Office, Vietnamese project teams, subcontractors, consultants, clients, and government authorities Manage communication and coordination for large-scale EPC projects including Waste-to-Energy, Water & Wastewater Treatment, Desalination, and Industrial Infrastructure Language Requirements Vietnamese language. Fluent English (spoken and written). Mandarin is an advantage but not mandatory. Travel Requirements Frequent travel between Singapore and Vietnam. Long-term assignment at project sites during construction. Ability to mobilize within short notice.
