Job Summary Assist the restaurant cook in preparing authentic Bangladeshi dishes, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring food quality and safety in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare authentic Bangladeshi dishes by following established recipes and quality standards to meet customer expectations Manage daily kitchen operations to maintain smooth workflow and ensure timely food preparation Monitor food quality, taste, and portion sizes to maintain consistency across all dishes Prepare large quantities of food efficiently for catering orders while maintaining quality and meeting delivery deadlines Ensure compliance with Singapore food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe kitchen environment Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure prompt, accurate, and efficient order preparation and service Work split shifts from 5:30 AM to 8:30 PM and 5:00 PM to 10:00 AM, including weekends and public holidays, with flexibility for overtime as needed Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience working as a cook in any Bangladeshi restaurant Demonstrate effective communication skills to collaborate with team members Willingness to follow management decisions during specific periods
