Merchandising Executive

Key Responsibilities: Assist in the full buying cycle: order placement, system upload, delivery, and quality checks. Monitor sell-through rates and supplier performance. Support seasonal planning: sales targets, markdowns, and pricing strategies. Collaborate with stores for product feedback and assortment planning. Work with warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth product flow. Stay updated on fashion trends and competitor activities. Communicate with vendors on performance and market insights. Requirements: Degree in Fashion, Retail or related field. Minimum 5 years of buying/merchandising experience in fashion retail. Strong Excel and analytical skills. Good communication and organizational skills. Passion for fashion, proactive, and a team player.
