Program Manager

What a Program Manager does at HP: You will be a Program Manager to provide oversight on the project of transitioning roles from USA (Boise) Operations to Singapore Operations. You will develop the scope, deliverables, list of key competencies and skill sets together with a tracking metrics for reporting of progress. You will be a member of a project team of engineers, internal and outsourced manufacturing partners that develops reliable, cost effective and high-quality solutions for our Laser Printers. Participates in concurrent projects on current production, sustainability, and New Product Introduction. Innovates and develops processes for digitalization, standardization, and productivity improvement. Tracks progress of initiatives in the team and reporting of progress. Collaborates and communicates with management, internal, and outsourced development partners regarding project status, progress, and issue resolution. Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Data Analytics. Fresh graduates with 0-1 years of experience are welcomed to apply. Experience or understanding of appropriate coding tools and software packages. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of manufacturing management process will be an advantage.
