Job Summary You will execute architectural works for building construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance through effective supervision, coordination, and project management. Responsibilities Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility Develop and manage work schedules, material requisitions, and cost controls to meet project timelines and budgets Supervise architectural works on-site, coordinating technical matters with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve issues promptly Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with safety, environmental regulations, and company ISO standards Document project progress and maintain accurate records for quality assurance and audit purposes Required competencies and certifications Minimum 5 years of experience supervising architectural works in building construction to ensure effective project delivery Preferred competencies and qualifications Degree qualification supporting architectural or construction project management roles Strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels and foster teamwork
