📍 Jurong (Chin Bee Road) 🕒 5.5 Days Work Week 💰 Salary Commensurate with Experience Working Hours Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm Saturday: 8:30am – 12:30pm Alternate Saturday Off after confirmation What You'll Be Doing 📌 Process and prepare: Request for Quotations (RFQ) Sales Orders Delivery Orders Packing Lists 📌 Support procurement activities and order tracking 📌 Maintain inventory and purchasing records 📌 Prepare invoices and assist with documentation 📌 Coordinate with suppliers and operations team to ensure timely deliveries to vessels 📌 Support accounting and audit-related administrative work Requirements GCE N/O Levels or above Proficient in Microsoft Office Able to work independently and multitask Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Experience in shipping, marine, hospitality, FMCG, food trading or related industries will be advantageous Why Join Us?
